The Challenge
SpeakUp ReachOut’s mission is to prevent suicide in Eagle County by providing education, training, and hope. Their most crucial communication tool, SpeakUpReachOut.org, was painful for the client to update and did little to aid in their mission. It was unbearable to think that those who needed help now might never find the support they were looking for.
The Solution
We created a new website that strengthened SpeakUp ReachOut’s primary calls to action so users can swiftly find the information they seek. The new site also grants their team of volunteers the power to add new content in real time. Through uplifitng messaging and imagery, we’ve been able to address suicide while also inspiring hope.
The Results
- 76% increase in organic website traffic, year over year
- 400% more people trained in suicide prevention, year over year
- Annual operating budget doubled since website launch
- Enabled the launch of multiple new programs
- Helped to solidify new partnerships with local healthcare initiatives
- Sponsorship revenue increased more than 6x year over year
