The Challenge

In 2014 the country was digging itself out of a cataclysmic recession sparked by misgivings in the housing market. As a real estate development company, the impact for this client was especially profound. They had already built world-class destinations from Charleston to Kaua’i, and needed to be prepared for new opportunities when the economy recovered. The existing website was a poor reflection of their beautiful work and it did little to tell their incredible story.

We built a custom WordPress website that brought all East West Partners locations together under one roof. The site promoted their ideals of Innovation, Sustainability, and Community, and positioned the client as the country’s leading resort development company. An ongoing email campaign kept old relationships warm and attracted new prospects. The company bios section gave their team members a greater sense of pride in the brand, and served as a stepping stone for the future of the organization.

The Results

  • Grew email list by 315% without advertising
  • Email campaign maintained a 45% open rate over 4 years
  • Client expanded operations to Snowmass, Park City, and in Kaua’i
  • Website served over 35K new users per year without advertising
