The Challenge
The mission statement for the police department was verbose and uninspiring. The force was changing to a more progressive, more citizen-focused team, and they needed a mantra that everyone could feel proud of and stand behind.
The Solution
We put the department through a modified version of our envisioning session, a brand exploration. From this collaborative session, we ultimately created a new mission statement, set of primary values, and a vision for the future.
